An off-matrix group of intergrown, deep blackberry-purple Fluorite cubes of typically 1.5 cm on edge, but occasionally to over 2 cm. Although fully developed, the juxtaposed cubes lose their appearance of height because of being adjacent to one another and so appear to be flattened. Sparsely scattered across these cubes are sub-1 mm light grey octahedral Fluorite crystals. A choice deep purple Fluorite group from Oberwolfach near to Wolfach in the Black Forest, Germany.
