Crystal ClassicsFeatured
Tucson, Arizona, USAA fine contrasting specimen of colourless white Cerussite on Mottramite from the Tsumeb Mine, Namibia. The specimen is dominated by a cyclically chunky twinned Cerussite crystals measuring to 3cm sitting neatly atop the specimen. A further twinned Cerussite crystal is seen at one end of the specimen. Formed on a thick botryoidal deep olive green druse of Mottramite crystals, edges of the Mottramite show some botryoids to be hollow and lined with crystals. A pleasing specimen from the mine.
