A classic German specimen of Rhodochrosite from the Wolf Mine, Herdorf. The specimen is adorned with groups of typical for the location rich grained shaped crystals, measuring to an average of 2mm. The colour of the Rhodochrosite is a pleasing pastel pink. The matrix ia a characteristic black to brown dense vughy Goethite. An terrific specimen from the renowned German location.
