Tucson, Arizona, USAAn excellent specimen of classic Azurite crystals replaced by Malachite from the Tsumeb Mine, Namibia. Well developed bladed crystals of Azurite measuring to 3cm have been completely pseudomorphed by mottled green Malachite with areas of minutely botryoidal black-grey Mn-oxide. On a cellular white-grey Dolomite matrix, partly covered in bright olive-green micro-crystal druses of Duftite. A fine pseudomorph from the Tsumeb mine, and comes with a Wilhelm Maucher label pre-1936.
