An excellent specimen of lustrous Smoky Quartz from the Giuv Valley, Tujetsch, Switzerland. The Smoky Quartz displays in a fantastic radiating cluster of gemmy crystals measuring to 6cm. A fine doubly terminated feature crystal has pleasingly formed centrally across the cluster of Smokies. All the water clear crystals are sharply terminated, with faintly striated prism faces. They have formed on a contrasting creamy granitic matrix. A great specimen of Smoky Quartz from the Swiss Alps.
