A well-formed, if odd shaped, Elbaite tourmaline from the famous Himalaya Mine, California, USA, measuring to nearly 6cm tall. An Elbaite with great pink colour and a faint green just below the termination. The Tourmaline crystal, when viewed down the long axis, displays a pronounced concave prism face on one side which has also caused the termination to be slightly odd. A fine Elbaite from the pegmatite mine.
