Description
Rare specimen of platy white Leadhillite crystals from the Lead Vein outcrop in Greystone Quarry, Lezant, Cornwall. Crystals of Leadhillite measuring to an impressive 6mm (large for the location) with a pearly luster are concentrated in a tunnel-like cavity, at least two further areas on the specimen also have Leadhillite crystals. Associated with blue Linarite and green Malachite in a white Quartz matrix with some brownish Goethite.
