An impressive, elongate V-twin of Cerussite. This piece consists of two very lustrous and completely transparent crystal components in a long V-twin that is very three-dimensional. Most Cerussite twins from here, or anywhere, are largely two-dimensional with limited 3-D depth; this commanding crystal has height, depth and breadth! Although totally gem clear, the Cerussite has a faint smoky tint when looking into any of the crystal edges. A very sharp, gem and lustrous Cerussite from Tsumeb. One chip to one of the twin components and the axis of the V-twin in the back is a little rough, but otherwise it is remarkably pristine...and certainly 50 years or more out of the ground.
