Here is a large and pretty old Colorado pseudomorph, not common at all on the market these days! It is an Ouray quartz-after-calcite, with the sparkly quartz microcrystals having covered and partly replaced the underlying "fingers" of calcite. This is a floater specimen, beautiful all the way around and actually displayable from either side. Ex. Ed David Collection.
