This is a nice, nearly complete crystal of deep-green Fluorite from new finds (2020-2021) in Cerro de Pasco's famous mining district. The crystal has good form and is dominated by the octahedron modified by small cube faces on the corners. The crystal is translucent to transparent with a satin luster. The longest edge of the crystal measures 3 cm. There is a small amount of Pyrite on the back and the crystal is contacted on the bottom where it was removed from the pocket. A representative Fluorite single crystal specimen, from this new find.
