Cuprian adamite from Greece is a historic classic, rarely seen in such large and rich specimens as produced by this fabulous March 2020 pocket. This is an exceptionally beautiful and unique specimen from the find with brilliant saturated green adamite crystals in little spherical aggregates perched on sparkling white quartz druse. I wish we had more like it but it seems to be an aberration. Others on quartz were generally of pale color, for some reason having to do with how the pocket formed. This one, however, has both the quartz AND the lustrous, quality, saturated adamite crystals. A unique pocket and not repeated in the summer mining season there. On a shelf, the contrast of green on white just leaps out making this a unique item in the lot.
