Shattuckite stalactite end cap
An unusual specimen of shattuckite, this shows a section (polished) through a multigenerational "bulls-eye" pattern stalactite growth of pure shattuckite. The surprise in the middle is just beautiful! It looks organic, with an external rind of rougher shattuckite formation reflecting secondary growth of shattuckite.
