This is a perfectly balanced miniature of the old Italian classic combination of species! Superbly emplaced on a matrix of glassy and gemmy, vivid orange grossular crystals to 3 mm across, are two lustrous and translucent, green diopside crystals to 3 cm in length. As an added bonus is the presence of a few blue green crystals of clinochlore. This is a significant display-worthy combo specimen from Italy, for any miniatures collector!
