Stibarsen
A beautiful, lustrous specimen of stibarsen, also known as allemontite. Although not normally considered one of your sexier metallic species - this piece is! A bright, silvery metallic, bumpy reniform surface on the top side with the remaining sides displaying amazing layers of metallic hemispheres with varying textures. This mineral is a natural alloy composed of the semimetals arsenic and antimony, with no other elements. This old locality in Mexico seemed to have produced the best - a long time ago! These trickle out from old museum and private collections. Old material, seldom seen for sale. Ex. Zigras Mexico collection.
