This is a colorful combination miniature from Peru consisting of rich green Fluorite, contrasted upon red-brown Sphalerite and brassy yellow Pyrite. The 3.5 cm Fluorite has beautiful color with good luster and displays both cube and octahedral faces dramatically from a nice display angle. The crystal is complete, just oddly formed on the bottom and one side where it grew contacted against some other mineral now removed. The Sphalerites are juxtaposed to the Fluorite and crystals are tightly clustered with the largest measuring 4 mm. The Pyrite is largely small but crystallized, and is a stark contrast with bright brassy yellow, 1 to 2 mm crystals present. This is a showy miniature, not just a representative Fluorite-sulfide combination specimen from recent finds at Cerro de Pasco in 2021.
