The Lockhart Swiss collection contains a number of surprises, among them ruby and silver and gold: This is a strange locality specimen, a ruby from the top of the Swiss Alps! A very rare specimen, this was the first we had seen and the finest available to be purchased over the long years that Brent was building this Swiss collection here in the USA. Provided by his sources in Switzerland, Siber & Siber, likely from older finds.
