Description
This is a totally gem clean cluster of quartz crystals that are just amazingly water clear, totally transparent, and perfect all around. You cannot make a better one of this style, they look so machined. It is a rare style, found in the tunnel here dug for some hydroelectric power plants, in 1974. Formerly in a Swiss collection, through a European source and then in the collection of Alex Carrington, a Swiss specialist here in the USA. This fine, balanced small cabinet piece is extremely fine, hard to convey in a video.
Known provenanceKnowing where your specimen comes from and who owned it adds to its story and value. Good provenance helps prove it's authentic and preserves important details about its discovery.
