Goma has produced some stunning tourmalines recently, among which the most important are the true "gem greens" with the high color saturation> They simply look like green glass, colored by man - but are natural! It is hard to overplay the color and impact of this crystal, and the few others like it with intensity. The whole specimen is glassy and gemmy along with exhibiting a rich, saturated dark but not too dark, evergreen color. Beautifully crystallized, this elbaite features a main crystal surrounded by parallel growth sidecar crystals. The mass is 65.3 grams.
