This cluster of vivid blue azurites is from the later years of Milpillas, circa 2013-14, and features crystals with a bright and open color rising dramatically over a few blocky crystals of malachites (and they are themselves replacement of azurite). It stands vertically as best shown, with a 2-cm tall, complete-all-around crystal atop the cluster like a blue flower. Crystals run from 1 to just over 2 cm in size, and the color is good throughout. Standing up, it is backed by a little matrix behind, and looks very dramatic.
