Here is a large, robust, extremely well-formed Schorl Tourmaline crystal from Brazil! It is over 3.5 inches in length and almost 2.5 inches in width! It is lustrous, jet-black in color and has very faint to barely discernible vertical striations, these are typical of Tourmaline but are so poorly developed, it gives the crystal high luster! It is also unusual in that this doubly terminated crystal displays pyramidal terminations at each end! Very cool and very unusual crystal!
