A showy and highly unusual specimen of siderite crystals preferentially coating and encrusting a lustrous, transparent quartz crsytal from the famous Ontario, Canada locality of Atikokan. The quartz crystal is undamaged, except for a small contact, near the base on the back. Choice material from the Lewadny Collection. 7.8 x 2.5 x 2.5 cm
