German erythrite is very rare today, and good specimens with any aesthetics almost never turn up. This is old material. This gorgeous roseate cluster is composed of metallic, shiny crystals to 1 cm in length. The color is hard to convey but in person, I would call a saturated magenta hue. This is small, perhaps, but is nevertheless a major locality specimen. Old Cureton Mineral Company label.
