An impressive specimen featuring a single isolated crystal that is unusually large for a Peruvian scalenohedron of rhodochrosite. The cherry-red crystal is perched attractively on, and rising up from, contrasting matrix. It measures 3.2 cm in height. 5.5 x 5 x 5 cm
