A large, fat, dramatic, colorful specimen like a mountain range, showcasing the steep style and blue-green color characteristic of the finds here of the early 1970s. This is a great display piece, priced a little lower than you might think it should be from the photos because of minute damage to some of the secondary smaller terminations to the left of the major termination. This does not visually detract and in fact the piece is overall one of the showiest old Dunton tourmalines I have seen for sale recently at anything like a fair and moderate price range.
