These fluorites found a couple of years ago in a roadcut in Canada have such a gemmy intensity about them that they approach those from Auglaize in character. The crystals here fill a gently curved, shallow pocket. A bit of the tan quartz that underlies them shows, providing a pretty contrast. There was never much of this material around - most if not all of it was with a single dealer, and now it is very hard to find on the market.
