These came out in modest numbers for only a short time, then became scarce and expensive. It is quite hard now to find nice-looking, isolated, undamaged crystals on matrix, and the Chinese dealers value them highly and charge plenty for them. This 4.8-cm crystal is complete and undamaged, sitting perfectly on a nicely-trimmed matrix. Another exciting find of fluorite in China which has basically dried up on the market (see recent Min.
