You have seen lots of Mapimi adamites, mostly the whorls of fanned crystals or druses, but it is RARE to see BIG, DISTINCT crystals such as this! These crystals measure to 0.7 cm, and are gemmier than they appear in the photos. They are nicely isolated in two shallow pockets in the limonite matrix.
