A Mexican quartz specimen with great aesthetics, from the collection of Dave Stoudt. A fat, sharp large central crystal is garlanded at its base by smaller ones, some of them clear and showing internal inclusions. Inclusions of goethite (iron oxide) give the specimen extra character.
