This doubly-terminated schorl tourmaline crystal has the distinction of having a gemmy quartz crystal growing right off of one of its terminations - with little needle schorls growing inside of IT! (That makes it a schorl in quartz on schorl!). The schorl has good luster on its striated side faces.
