A gorgeous vug in matrix filled with scintillating, radiating, apple-green needles of cuprosklodowskite to 1.8 cm from the famous Musonoi Mine in Zaire. The base has been sawed to enhance display. this is the second such specimen I can offer from the Carl Davis Collection. These crystals are absolutely beautiful. the metallic neon color is unique in the mineral world. they came out perhaps 30 years ago now. recent material from the same locale is simply not up to par with this choice older material featuring stouter crystals and deeper color. 6.2 x 3.8 x 3.1 cm
