This is the only undamaged, aesthetic matrix piece in a batch of some 300 crystals, that I saw from this find when it came in about a year ago. It features a twinned, upright 3.9-cm-long sphene crystal that is totally GEMMY and transparent, with a light olive-green color, perched on matrix of calcite and epidote. It look slike one would have had to glue it in, but I assure you this is natural...and extremely choice as a miniature for this species and locality.
