This mine is very well known for it's Adamite specimens, but some of the most highly sought after specimens of the Cuprian variety of Adamite are found here. This piece features an attractive sharp, lustrous, translucent, bright green-blue color "pinwheel"-shaped crystal group of Cuprian Adamite measuring 8 mm across sitting on Limonite matrix. These specimens are not nearly as readily available as they once were, and they are truly some of the most significant Adamite specimens extant.
