A beautiful "bowtie" of highly lustrous Azurite, with bright green Arsentsumebite adding eye-catching contrast. The blocky Azurites radiate in opposite directions, creating the bowtie effect. The luster is mirror-like, and the deep blue color shows excellent flashes of azure. A very aesthetic thumbnail with brilliant color contrast. From old workings in the first oxidation zone, probably prior to 1940. Ex. Charlie Key.
