One of two fine Russian tourmalines in this update; this one has a very elegant tiered termination, good transparency and fine luster; it is hard to describe the beautiful color hue, but the pics are pretty accurate. very few Russian tourmies of fine quality appear at the shows; I usually meet these guys before the show and get the few best ones - this was it. Mined in 2003 in Baikal. 5.2 x 1.6 x 1.3 cm
