A sharp and jagged "mountain" of iridescent peacock-blue and magenta covellite plates is perched on the sparkly, brassy, pyrite microcrystal-rich matrix on this fine old-time specimen from the East Colusa Mine at Butte. A highly representative example of the species and renowned locale.
