A striking and aesthetic thumbnail of super-lustrous octagonal black sphalerite with an attached protruding quartz needle epitaxially set on another cluster of octagonal sphalerite from the famous 19th of September Mine in Madan, Bulgaria. Very trivial edge damage at one spot on the upper cluster, which is almost invisible. The luster on this piece MUST BE SEEN TO BE APPRECIATED. It is really quite dramatic. 2.5 x 2.3 x 2.0 cm
