These specimens certainly have been few and far between. I personally have only seen about five of them over the last few years. This specimen features several sparkling, gemmy, lustrous, water-green color spherical aggregates of Prehnite associated with dark blue-green color Chrysocolla aggregates which are sprinkled over the surface. It is not terribly common to find isolated Chrysocolla aggregates, and although these are somewhat weathered, the association with unusual and attractive to be sure. Ex. Brian Kosnar Collection.
