Fluorite
A shockingly gemmy and intense purple single crystal showing exceptional edge modifications, from this new pocket mined in the summer of 2017. The cube is just over 3 cm on edge, and has stunning symmetry. It is complete on the display faces, though contacted in back (if it had attached matrix or other crystals, a crystal of this size would not transmit light and would be too dark, in any case).
