Beryllonite

A near-floater, this specimen features a slightly rounded, lustrous and translucent, colorless, 2 cm tall crystal of beryllonite in the midst. The back side of the largest crystal has minor, but not significant, bruising. Overall a dramatic piece and better in person. From a small pocket found in June of 2011.
