The calcites on this specimen (the larger is 2.7 cm) have a beautiful shimmering, creamy surface that the pics did not capture. They sit on a bed of quartz crystals, with some tiny calcites scattered amongst them. A pretty Eastern European piece. 8.4 x 8.3 x 3.2 cm
