Aesthetically emplaced on a matrix of drusy, pink lepidolite is a lustrous and translucent, purplish blue crystal of apatite, 2 cm across. Apatite is extremely rare for this locality, and this is an unusual specimen from finds about a decade ago. The 3-dimensional perch of the apatite really makes the piece special for its aesthetics.
