Pyromorphite

From the new find of 2008. On a worldwide scale, these are not the finest Pyromorphite specimens, but for Boilvia, they are wonderful unique and interesting specimens. This specimen consists of good quality, sharp, lustrous, prismatic, yellowish-green crystals of Pyromorphite on matrix. Considering that these crystals are truly from Bolivia is what makes them so exciting. I have never seen anything quite like this from any mine in Bolivia. These are very well formed crystals and are only very slightly skeletal or hoppered. This particular piece is one of the largest specimens of the material that I have seen.
