Inesite
Description
A rare larger specimen of the classic inesite from Northern California, featuring a pocket with crystals to 2 cm in length. The fat, 3-dimensional nature of these crystals exhibits stereotypical textbook form, as opposed to inesite from most worldwide locations which occurs as merely flattened blades and lathe-shaped crystals instead. Large display quality pieces like this, with such isolated crystals, are uncommon. Exchanged from the Mike Groben collection (label on back)
