These pink fluorite plates with a rim of white matrix are the rare exception amongst the new pink fluorite finds in Mexico. They occur when a cluster of crystals is isolated in a way that it can be excavated and trimmed out with a rim of matrix around it. At any rate, this is obviously a very beautiful specimen. The crystals measure to 1.4 cm; there is NO damage. 16 x 11 x 2.5 cm
