A GORGEOUS, GEMMY and lustrous, vibrant pink tourmaline from the famous Santa Rosa Mine of Brazil. The pinacoid termination is slightly frosted although complete, but the area below is extremely gemmy in a stark visual contrast. This is definitely old-time material, seldom available today. The color is really a unique hue, both subtle and vibrant at the same time. From the well-known George Elling Gem crystal Collection. 48 grams.
