This is a fairly rare member of the zeolite family that at times can have calcium, or potassium, or sodium as its chief constituent. Phillipsite has cemented brecciated rock and formed a series of botryoidal groups, the largest of which measures 1.0 cm across. These spheres are snow white, and lustrous. I am told it is quite good for the locality!
