A HUGE, nearly floating cluster of brilliant bronze-colored pyrrhotite in exceptionally large crystals. This is ALMOST a floater, with just some attachment points on the back side and only a few minor bits of edge wear otherwise. One seldom sees pyrrhotite crystals of this size, from any locality; and from Russia large crystals tend to be of the other style that look more like stepped mounds than discretely crystallized in the stereotypic form, as with this specimen. An important, and I think reasonably priced, Russian specimen.
