Three absolutely water-clear, smoky baryte blades to 2.2 cm are beautifully attached to the top of a mounded, sculptural matrix covered with pastel-pink dolomite rhombs on this fine specimen from recent finds at Cerro Warihuyn, Peru. The barytes are pristine and have very interesting beveled edges. A rich sprinkling of marcasite microcrystals on the dolomite is a nice accent. Outstanding combination material from this locale, which is becoming a contemporary classic.
