Very fine, uniformly blue Indicolite from San Jose do Safira in Minas Gerais. This Tourmaline grouping is very architectural, with four parallel crystals grown together as one. The luster is quite good, and the gemminess allows excellent light transmission, not like so many dark Indicolites that need bright backlighting. Good aesthetics and exceptional gemminess for an Indicolite highlight this thumbnail.
