A fabulous natural pocket or seam of Dioptase and Malachite from one of the world's great localities. The Dioptase has excellent luster and a wonderful dark green color that is not so dark it looks black, and not so light it looks pale. It has a shimmering luster. The longest dioptase crystal is 1.3 cm, although many approach this - in several areas along the seam. Interestingly malachite is not often found in direct association with dioptase, and the Malachite ball is about 1.4 cm in size. Ex. Charlie Key.
